4 slices of Villaggio® Classico Italian Style Thick Slice White Bread

1/4 Cup (60g) Hellmann’s ® Real Mayonnaise

2 tbsp (60g) Butter

8 slices Pancetta

4 slices Ham

1/2 cup (125g) roasted Red Peppers

4 slices Mozzarella

1 cup (250g) Arugula

6 slices Pepperoncini

1 tbsp (30g) Oregano

1 tsp (5g) Garlic Powder

2 tbsp (30g) Capers

Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C)

Melt butter in an oven-proof pan and set aside

Evenly divide and spread Hellmann’s® Mayonnaise on all 4 slices of bread, and then layer 2 slices of Bread with Pancetta, Ham, Roasted Red Peppers, Mozzarella, Arugula and sliced Pepperoncini

On the other 2 slices of bread, sprinkle Garlic Powder and Oregano, then, add on Capers and gently press in to prevent the capers from tumbling out

Combine the 2 halves and grill in pan on one side until golden and firm, then flip and place in oven at 375°F (190°C) for 10 – 15 minutes till golden and crisp
